Mia è la moglie del boss del crimine Marsellus Wallace. 

 Marsellus va fuori città e chiede a Vincent Vega, uno dei suoi assassini, di portare Mia fuori a cena mentre lui è via. Vincent è d'accordo, anche se è preoccupato per come sarà; quando gli viene chiesto di portarla fuori, insiste ripetutamente che "non è un appuntamento". 

Quando Mia e Vincent tornano a casa per festeggiare, Vincent va in bagno mentre Mia balla la cover di " Girl, You Be a Woman Soon " degli Urge Overkill . Mentre Vincent riflette su cosa fare dopo in bagno, Mia trova una bustina di eroina nella tasca del cappotto di Vincent e la sniffa, pensando che sia cocaina. Quando Vincent torna dal bagno, trova Mia in overdose sul divano e la porta freneticamente a casa del suo spacciatore di eroina Lance, nel tentativo di salvarla. Lance prende una siringa piena di adrenalina liquida e la fa somministrare a Vincent direttamente nel cuore di Mia, che si rianima all'istante.lei, salvandole la vita.

I due tornano a casa Wallace dopo l'overdose. Imbarazzata, Mia chiede a Vincent di non dire a Marsellus quello che è successo, poiché significherebbe sicuramente grossi guai per entrambi. Racconta a Vincent la sua barzelletta su Fox Force Five .

Mia is the wife of crime boss Marsellus Wallace.

Marsellus goes out of town and asks Vincent Vega, one of his killers, to take Mia out to dinner while he is away. Vincent agrees, even though he's worried about what it's going to be like; when asked to take her out, he repeatedly insists that "it's not a date".

When Mia and Vincent go home to celebrate, Vincent goes to the bathroom while Mia dances to a cover of Urge Overkill's "Girl, You Be a Woman Soon". As Vincent ponders what to do next in the bathroom, Mia finds a packet of heroin in Vincent's coat pocket and snorts it, thinking it's cocaine. When Vincent returns from the bathroom, he finds Mia overdosed on the couch and frantically takes her to the home of her heroin dealer Lance in an attempt to save her. Lance takes a syringe filled with liquid adrenaline and has Vincent administer it directly into Mia's heart, who instantly revives her, saving her life.

The two return to the Wallace house after the overdose. Embarrassed, Mia asks Vincent not to tell Marsellus what happened, as it would surely spell big trouble for both of them. She tells Vincent her own joke about Fox Force Five.
