Manfred ( Manny per gli amici) è un mammut, all'inizio burbero e scontroso con tutti, ma poi incontrando Sid e Diego piano piano il carattere gli cambiò. Proseguendo nella serie troverà l'anima gemella (Ellie) e avrà una figlia (Pesca).        

Manfred (Manny for friends) is a mammoth, at first gruff and grumpy with everyone, but then meeting Sid and Diego slowly his character changed. As the series continues, he will find a soul mate (Ellie) and have a daughter (Peach).

Manfred (Manny para los amigos) es un mamut, al principio brusco y gruñón con todos, pero luego, al conocer a Sid y Diego, su carácter cambió lentamente. A medida que avanza la serie, encontrará un alma gemela (Ellie) y tendrá una hija (Peach).

Abbandonato dalla famiglia si unirà con il mammut Manfred (dopo averlo salvato da due rinoceronti) e la tigre Diego e col passare delle loro avventure, il gruppo si allarga pieno di nuovi amici e nemici da affrontare.
è ottuso, chiacchierone, imbranato, ma simpatico ed altruista. è l'unico del gruppo ad accendere un fuoco.

Sid is a sloth (actually a Megalonyx) and is the founding member of the group.

Abandoned by the family he will join with the mammoth Manfred (after saving him from two rhinos) and the tiger Diego and as their adventures go by, the group grows full of new friends and enemies to face.

he is dull, talkative, clumsy, but nice and unselfish. he is the only one in the group to light a fire.

Ice Age Game : Dodo
Nel gioco dell'era glaciale come nel film i dodo sono dei uccelli non volatori che cercano di sopravvivere all'estinzione e sono dei tanti nemici del gioco che cercherano di fermare il giocatore.
Un errore nel film è che i dodo non si sono estinti nell'era glaciale ma alla fine del 1600.

In the ice age game as in the movie the dodo are of the flying birds that try to survive the extinction and are the many enemies of the game that try to stop the player.

An error in the film is that the dodo did not go extinct in the ice age but at the end of 1600.
