È un supercriminale e uno dei nemici più famosi e duraturi di Batman.
Un tempo brillante e onesto procuratore distrettuale di Gotham City, Harvey viene orribilmente sfregiato sul lato sinistro della sua faccia dopo che il boss della mafia Sal Maroni gli ha lanciato una fiala di acido durante un processo in tribunale. Once a brilliant and honest Gotham City District Attorney, Harvey is horribly scarred on the left side of his face after Mafia boss Sal Maroni throws a vial of acid at him during a court trial. Later he goes crazy and adopts the name "Two-Face", becoming a criminal obsessed with the number two, the concept of duality and the conflict between good and evil.
